Hand Wash

1.Remove your used pad.
2. Put it in the sink and turn on the cold water.
3.Rinse it and squeeze it gently until the stain is removed or the water is running clear.

6. Hang to dry.

Machine Wash

1. Wash by hand and by machine are both OK.

3. Wash temperature under 30°C. (less than 86 °F) is better.
